What Is An Annual Return?
Filing an annual return lets the government know that your corporation is still around. You must file one every year within 60 days of your corporation's anniversary of incorporation.
Details
Filing your annual return on time is an important part of keeping your business on the corporate register. Failure to file, and especially for two years in a row, will result in your corporation being struck from the register.

You have 60 days from your corporation's anniversary of incorporation to file your annual return. If you incorporated in May, you should file your annual return before the end of June.
